MatSoc users

So before you all get started, it is worth understanding how the Wix site handles the membership and subscriptions.

All users of the site can be “registered” - you can’t stop any randomers signing up and being able to login to the site. Anyone who is going to “subscribe” to one of your… subscriptions MUST be registered.

So all the people you are trying to get to use the site will need:

  1. To sign up → create an “account”
  2. Choose what type of MatSoc “membership” they are signing up for.

Each type of membership will require the user to add a bit of specific information.

You will need to think about which members have access to what content - eg: events or jobs.
